Track your order
Every doll is made to order, so there are two stages before it reaches you.
1. Production — 7–14 business days:
Your doll is crocheted by hand before it ships. There is no tracking number during this stage.
2. Shipping — 7–21 business days
Once your order ships, a tracking number is emailed to you. Use it on your carrier's site to follow the parcel.

If production time has passed and nothing has arrived by email, check your spam folder first, then email us with your order number.
There are moments when, even in the middle of a crowded city, we still feel completely alone. We return home after a long day, take off the smile we have been wearing for everyone else, and sit quietly with feelings we do not know how to name.
