All orders require 7–14 business days for production before shipment. This allows us to carefully craft each custom crochet doll based on your submitted details.

We ship worldwide from Vietnam. Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days depending on destination and shipping carrier.

Processing time (7–14 days) + Shipping time (7–21 days).

Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues, which are beyond our control.

Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
