Refund & Return Policy – MiniMe Crochet

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, all items are made-to-order.

No Returns for Custom Orders
We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production may have already started and cancellation is not guaranteed.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

  • Minor differences due to handmade nature

Each doll is handcrafted, so slight variations may occur and are not considered defects.
