Every piece is crocheted by hand after you order, and we work through orders in the order they arrive. During busy periods it takes longer than usual — that is the trade-off for something made by a person rather than a machine.
You will get exactly the design shown on the product page. If you are buying for a birthday or a holiday, order early and message us so we can flag it.
Each piece comes with a printed card that slides into its hands, so you can swap it for a note of your own. Want us to write something specific? Add a Handwritten Note Card to your order.
Cotton yarn, polyester fill and safety-locked eyes. No glue, no printed parts, nothing that pulls off easily.
Because someone is physically making it. Busy seasons like Christmas and Halloween stack up the queue. We will always tell you honestly where your order sits if you message us.
Eyes are safety-locked, not glued, and there is nothing sharp inside. That said these are shelf pieces, not toys — the beads and small trims are not made for a toddler or a determined dog.
A soft brush and a lint roller handle most of it. If it needs more, hand wash cool with a little mild soap and let it dry flat. Never put one in the machine.
